Para garantir a qualidade dos serviços,O grupo pulizzi assistencia ao idoso. caminha junto do cliente por algumas etapas até que o cuidador e o idoso estejam preparados para o início dos serviços.
1. Contato telefônico explicativo de ambas as partes sobre as necessidades do cliente, tipos de assistência a ser utilizada, horas e períodos. O pré-orçamento é informado e enviado por e-mail para o parente responsável mostrar aos demais interessados, se houver.
2. Com um pré-orçamento a contento pelos familiares, é realizada a primeira visita para troca de conhecimento, detalhes, preenchimento de formulário sobre o cliente e entrega de um modelo de contrato simples para análise.
3. A efetivação dos serviços é feita, contando com o recolhimento do formulário, preenchimento do contrato, busca do cuidador com perfil adequado para o cliente. Tempo médio de 1 a 5 dias.
4. O primeiro dia de serviço, pelo profissional do grupopulizzi, será acompanhado pelo parente responsável e, se necessário, pelo enfermeiro coordenador.
5. A comunicação entre o grupopulizzi e o familiar responsável será aberta e ininterrupta para garantir a qualidade, segurança do ente querido.
Havendo a necessidade de uma implantação (efetivação) do(a) cuidador(a) com urgência, as etapas acima serão realizadas simultâneamente e com rapidez.
